# Invoices

> Your studio's billing history, and how to pay an open invoice.

The **Invoices** tab is your studio's billing history — every charge for a plan or an on-demand
service, with its date, amount, and status.

## Statuses

An invoice is usually **paid** or **pending**. Pending means it's waiting on payment, most often a
new subscription or an automatic renewal that hasn't cleared yet. You may also see **cancelled** or
**expired** on charges that were never completed.

## Paying an invoice

A pending invoice has a **Pay Now** button that takes you to a secure **Paylink** payment page.
Pay there and you're returned to Qwacks, where the invoice flips to paid once it settles.

  Renewals charge your default card automatically, so most invoices settle without you lifting a
  finger. **Pay Now** is for the moments a charge needs you — a first payment, or a renewal your
  bank asked to confirm.
