An invoice is usually paid or pending. Pending means it’s waiting on payment, most often a new subscription or an automatic renewal that hasn’t cleared yet. You may also see cancelled or expired on charges that were never completed.Paying an invoice
A pending invoice has a Pay Now button that takes you to a secure Paylink payment page. Pay there and you’re returned to Qwacks, where the invoice flips to paid once it settles.Renewals charge your default card automatically, so most invoices settle without you lifting a
finger. Pay Now is for the moments a charge needs you — a first payment, or a renewal your
bank asked to confirm.
