Your studio runs on a plan. It sets your limits across Flock, Protokite, and Data Duck —
games, monthly active users, team seats, storage, analytics retention, and more — and the price
you pay each month. Billing lives under Payments & Billing in the sidebar and is available to
studio admins.
Choosing a plan
Each plan is a card showing its monthly price and what it includes: the headline limits (games,
MAU, team members) up top, and the finer print (storage, analytics events, multiplayer, analytics
retention, support level, and on-demand discounts) below. Pick the one that fits your studio’s
scale — you can move up or down later.
Choosing a plan creates an invoice and sends you to a secure payment page to settle it. Once the
payment clears, the plan is active and its limits apply across your apps. A free plan, where one is
offered, activates without payment.
Need more than the listed plans, or a tailored mix across the three products? The Custom /
Enterprise option puts you in touch with the Qwacks team for bespoke limits, pricing, and
onboarding.
Your current plan
While a plan is active, a banner at the top of Payments shows which plan you’re on, when it was
purchased, and its status. You can cancel from there at any time, or renew one that has
lapsed. Plans renew automatically from your default saved card — see
Payment methods — so keeping one on file is what stops your limits from
lapsing between months.
On-demand services
Subscriptions aside, you can buy one-off services as you need them — a playtest session, a
market report, QA testing, or a code review. These are charged per use, and your plan’s on-demand
discount applies if it has one.
